How do I approach speaking?

As a leader, I understand the challenge of finding the right speaker for a group or event. Having organized and led hundreds of events internationally, I know that the speaker makes or breaks the event. They are either the "wind in the sail or the anchor on the tail." People either leave inspired, motivated, and enriched or feeling robbed, let down, and disappointed. A great speaker makes all the difference.

So, I have made a commitment to putting the very best into my speaking. Having spoken thousands of times at events around the world, to audiences ranging from 10 to 100,000, I have learned the art and importance of putting my full effort into each and every audience. I clearly understand the role and partnership of helping the event organizer, leader, shepherd and organization reach the goal they have set for their event.
